This 2-day course will address Violence on Campus including Sexual Assaults, Sex Crimes, Family Violence and Cyber Bullying. The types of sexual assault will be reviewed and how investigation can yield biological evidence to support the charges Sexual Assault, Aggravated Sexual Assault, Indecent Exposure, Improper Video and Peeping Toms. The goal is to breakdown the characteristic of a batter and how "Power and Control" is used as a tactic to maintain an abusive relationship. Participants will review the law on Family Violence and the proper procedures in identifying an abusive relationship. The course also features case studies and classroom scenarios.

Cancellation Policy:
If the participant has already paid, he/she will be refunded half the cost of the registration fee if written notice of cancellation is received by the Program Coordinator no later than seven (7) business days prior to the program. No refunds are available after this date, but substitutions of attendees are permitted.
If no written cancellation is received and the participant does not attend the program, the participant or their agency will be required to pay 100% of the registration fee if the registration fee was not previously paid.
